Food prep time! Started this chicken stuffed with shallots, butter and garlic this morning! We are prepping food for today and tomorrow. We will have chicken buns and beef buns available for sale after 7pm tonight! Place your orders for dinner if your interested. ALSO offering Skirt Steak Rice Bowls for lunch around noon if anyone is in Downtown SLO and wants a good cheap lunch. Rice bowls are $5 each. Buns are 3 for $5, 6 for $8 and 12 for $15.
